This article explains how to cancel your Nori subscription.

Before you start

Cancel on the same platform where you originally subscribed. After canceling, you usually keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Because Nori Plus is one family membership, cancellation affects paid AI access across the Nori app, Nori Web, and linked Nori Family Hub after the paid period ends.

Cancel a web subscription

1. Sign in at heynori.com/app.
2. Go to Settings > Subscription.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Choose Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel an iOS subscription

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Nori.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel an Android subscription

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon.
3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select Nori.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Important note

Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the billing platform where the subscription was started.

After the paid period ends, Talk to Nori on Nori Family Hub will no longer be available unless your family has an active eligible hardware trial or starts Nori Plus again.
