For subscriptions purchased on heynori.com, refund eligibility depends on Nori's current refund policy, local law, and the details of your case.

Apple App Store refunds

Apple controls App Store charges and refunds. Nori cannot issue or reverse App Store charges directly.

To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.

Google Play refunds

Google controls Google Play charges and refunds. Nori cannot issue or reverse Google Play charges directly.

Use Google Play's refund options to request a refund when available.
