This article explains what happens when you delete your Nori account and personal data.
Before you delete
Deleting your Nori account is permanent. This action cannot be undone.
- Your personal profile and login access are removed.
- Your personal data is deleted or anonymized as required by law.
- You lose access to your family space and shared content.
- Items you created may remain visible to others in anonymized form.
Steps
- Open the left sidebar.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete next to Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation carefully.
- Confirm deletion if you are sure.
If you have an active subscription
The Help Center says that deleting your Nori account cancels your active subscription as part of the deletion process. This is different from uninstalling the app, which does not cancel a subscription.
