Overview

Your Nori subscription is managed on the same platform where you originally started it. A subscription started on Web is managed on Web. A subscription started on iOS is managed by Apple. A subscription started on Android is managed by Google Play.

Manage a Web subscription

1. Go to heynori.com/app.
2. Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
3. Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
4. Review your plan, renewal date, payment method, and cancellation options when shown.

Switching billing platforms

Subscriptions cannot be automatically transferred between Apple, Google Play, and Web. To switch platforms, cancel on the original platform, use access until the paid period ends, then subscribe again on the platform you prefer.
