This article explains how sign-in methods work for Nori Web.
Overview
Nori Web may support sign-in with Apple, Google, or email, depending on what is available on the sign-in screen.
Use the same sign-in method each time so you do not accidentally create or use a different account.
Choose the right sign-in method

If you use Apple private relay
If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, your account may use an Apple relay email address. Continue using Apple sign-in to access the same account.
Changing login methods
If Nori Web shows an option to add or change sign-in methods, follow the on-screen instructions. If the option is not available, contact Nori Support before creating a second account.
If you cannot sign in
- Check that you are on heynori.com/app.
- Use the same login method you used before.
- Complete any email verification step before the code or link expires.
- Try a different supported browser.
- Contact Nori Support if you still cannot access your account.
