This article explains how Nori Family Hub powers on and what to check if you are setting it up for the first time.

Power Basics

Nori Family Hub is powered by the included power adapter. Keep it connected to power during normal use.

• Use only the included power adapter.
• Plug the adapter into the back of Nori Family Hub.
• Plug the adapter into a nearby wall outlet.
• The device turns on automatically when power is connected.

The product label lists the input rating as 15V, 2.4A. Using a different adapter may damage the device and may void the warranty.

Use the Nori Button

• Press once to turn on the device when it is powered off.
• Press once to mute or unmute the microphone when the device is on.
• Press and hold to open the power menu.

If the Device Does Not Turn On

• Check that the adapter is fully connected to the back of the device.
• Check that the outlet works with another device.
• Make sure you are using the included adapter.
• Press the Nori button once.
• If the device still does not turn on, contact Nori Support.
