This article explains the reset option available on Nori Family Hub.
Before You Reset
The reset option in Settings reboots the device. If you are trying to fix a problem, first make sure the device is connected to power and Wi-Fi.
If Parental Controls are on, reset may require the Parental Controls PIN.
Reset the Device
- Open Settings.
- Open Network & devices.
- Choose Reset device.
- Confirm the reset when prompted.
The device reboots after you confirm.
If You Cannot Access Settings
- Unplug the included power adapter from the outlet.
- Wait a short moment.
- Plug the adapter back in.
- If the device still does not respond, contact Nori Support.
