Overview
Your payment details are managed on the platform where you started your subscription. If you subscribed on Nori Web, manage billing from your Nori Web account. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, manage payment details with Apple or Google.

Update payment details for a Web subscription
- Go to heynori.com/app.
- Sign in with the account that owns the subscription.
- Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
- Choose the payment method or billing option when shown.
- Follow the secure checkout or payment processor steps.
- Confirm the change.
If you do not see payment settings
- You may have subscribed through Apple or Google Play instead of Web.
- You may not be signed in to the account that started the subscription.
- Your family may not currently have an active paid plan.
- The setting may be unavailable in your current Web version.
