This article explains what to consider before deleting your Nori account or requesting deletion of personal data.

Before you delete

Deleting an account is permanent. Review what you may lose before continuing.

• You may lose access to families connected to that account.
• Other family members may still see shared family items that were already created.
• Deleting your account is different from canceling a subscription.
• If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, deleting your Nori account may not cancel the store subscription for you.

Shared family data

Nori is built around families. Some shared items, such as past events or tasks, may remain visible to other family members after an account is removed, especially when those items belong to the family space.

Delete your account on Web

1. Go to heynori.com/app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open account or settings.
4. Look for account deletion or privacy options.
5. Read the confirmation carefully.
6. Confirm only if you are sure.

If you cannot find the deletion option

Contact Nori Support and ask for help deleting your account or personal data. Include the email address used for your Nori account.

Subscription reminder

If you have an active subscription, cancel it on the platform where you started it. Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate actions.
