This article explains how to create a Nori account or join a family from Nori Web.

Before you start

• Go to heynori.com/app.
• Choose the sign-in method you want to use.
• If you are joining a family, keep your invite link or invite code nearby.

Create an account on Web

1. Open heynori.com/app.
2. Choose a sign-in method, such as Apple, Google, or email when shown.
3. Complete the verification step.
4. Choose whether to create a new family or join an existing family.
5. Finish the setup prompts.

Join with an invite link

If you open an invite link while signed out, Nori Web may ask you to sign in or create an account first. After that, it should help you join the invited family.

If you open an invite link while signed in, Nori Web may ask you to confirm that you want to join the family with your current account.

Join with an invite code

1. Open heynori.com/app.
2. Sign in or create an account.
3. Choose to join a family.
4. Enter the invite code.
5. Follow the prompts to finish joining.

If the invite does not work

• Ask the sender to confirm they sent the correct invite.
• Ask them to resend the invitation if it expired.
• Make sure you are signing in with the account you want to use for this family.
• Contact Nori Support if you still cannot join.
