Overview

Payment method changes are handled by the platform that bills your subscription. If Web bills your subscription, update the payment method from Nori Web. If Apple or Google Play bills your subscription, update it through Apple or Google.

Update payment method for Web billing

1. Go to heynori.com/app.
2. Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
3. Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
4. Choose payment method or billing details when shown.
5. Follow the secure payment steps.
6. Confirm the update.

If your payment failed

• Check that the card or payment method is active.
• Check the billing address and ZIP code.
• Try another payment method if available.
• Contact your bank if the payment is declined.
• Contact Nori Support if the subscription still does not update.
