This article explains how to cancel a Nori subscription and where to cancel based on where you subscribed.
Before you start
Cancel on the same platform where you started the subscription.

Cancel a Web subscription
- Go to heynori.com/app.
- Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
- Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
- Choose the cancellation option when shown.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
- Keep the confirmation email or screen for your records.
After canceling
Canceling stops future renewal. Your family should keep paid access until the end of the current paid period.
- AI-created content that was already saved remains in your family data.
- Core family management features remain available.
- Paid AI access ends across Nori Web, the Nori app, and linked Nori Family Hub after the paid period ends.
- Talk to Nori on Nori Family Hub will no longer be available unless your family has an active eligible hardware trial or starts Nori Plus again.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play
Nori cannot cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription from Web. Use your Apple ID or Google Play account to cancel.
