This article explains what happens to your family information when Nori Plus is canceled or expires.
Overview
Canceling Nori Plus stops future renewal. It does not automatically delete your Nori account, family, or family data.
Your family can keep using the Free plan after the paid period ends.
What stays available
After your family moves back to the Free plan, core family tools remain available, including:
- Shared family calendar
- Family tasks
- Family recipes
- Family shopping list
- Family meal plan
What changes
Paid AI features are no longer included after the subscription ends. This means your family will not have ongoing access to Nori Plus features such as unlimited AI chat mode, voice input, and Agent mode.
Talk to Nori on the Nori Family Hub also stops when Nori Plus ends, unless your family has an active eligible hardware trial.
Information that was already added to Calendar, Tasks, Meal Plan, Recipes, or Shopping List is not removed just because the subscription ends.
If you switch billing platforms
Your Nori account and data remain associated with your login. Switching billing platforms affects how you pay, not your basic account identity.
If you want to delete account data
Canceling a subscription is not the same as deleting an account or family data. If you want help with account or data deletion, contact Nori Support or review Nori's privacy options.
Still need help?
If you canceled but still have questions about family data or account access, contact Nori Support with the email address used for your Nori account.
