This article explains how to review or update your account information on Nori Web.
Overview
Your account is the login you use to access Nori. Your family member profile is how you appear inside a family.

Review account information
- Open heynori.com/app.
- Sign in.
- Open account or settings from Nori Web.
- Review the information shown for your account.
Update profile information
If you want to change how you appear inside your family, open Family Setup or Family Management and edit your family member profile.
- Name
- Avatar
- Birthday when used
- Color
Email and login details
If Nori Web allows you to edit account details, follow the on-screen instructions. If the field cannot be changed, contact Nori Support for help.
If information looks wrong
- Make sure you are viewing the correct family.
- Check whether you signed in with the correct account.
- Refresh Nori Web.
- Contact Nori Support if the wrong information remains.
