Receipts and invoices are provided by the platform that processed your payment. Taxes may vary based on your location, billing information, and applicable rules.
Where to find receipts

Web subscription receipts
- Go to heynori.com/app.
- Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
- Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
- Look for billing history, invoices, or receipts when available.
- Check the email inbox connected to your Nori account for payment receipts.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated based on billing details and applicable tax rules. Nori Support cannot always change taxes after a charge is processed.
