This article explains where to manage payment details for a Nori subscription.
Overview
Payment details are managed by the platform that bills your subscription. Nori cannot change an Apple or Google Play payment method from a Web subscription screen.

Update Web Payment Details
- Go to heynori.com/app.
- Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
- Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
- Choose payment method or billing details when shown.
- Follow the secure payment steps.
- Confirm the update.
Update Apple or Google Play Payment Details
- For Apple billing, update your payment method in Apple ID payment settings.
- For Google Play billing, update your payment method in Google Play payment settings.
If You Are Not Sure Where You Subscribed
- Check your email receipt.
- Check your card statement.
- Check subscription settings in the Nori app or on Nori Web.
