This article explains how cancellation works and where to cancel based on how you subscribed.
Before You Start
Cancel on the same platform where you started the subscription. Uninstalling the Nori app does not cancel a subscription.

Cancel a Web Subscription
- Go to heynori.com/app.
- Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
- Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
- Choose the cancellation option when shown.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
- Keep the confirmation email or screen for your records.
Cancel an Apple or Google Play Subscription
- For iOS subscriptions, cancel through Apple ID Subscriptions.
- For Android subscriptions, cancel through Google Play Subscriptions.
- Nori cannot cancel Apple or Google Play billing from Nori Web.
After Canceling
- Canceling stops future renewal.
- Your family should keep paid access until the end of the current paid period.
- Core family management features remain available after the membership ends.
- Paid AI access ends across the Nori app, Nori Web, and linked Nori Family Hub after the paid period ends.
- Talk to Nori on Nori Family Hub will no longer be available unless your family has an active eligible hardware trial or starts Nori Plus again.
