This article helps you connect Nori Family Hub to Wi-Fi and move through the first setup screens.

Before You Start

• Make sure you know your home Wi-Fi password.
• Use a stable 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz home Wi-Fi network.
• Have the Nori app installed on your phone.

Hidden Wi-Fi networks and captive portal networks are not supported during setup.

Connect to Wi-Fi

1. Turn on Nori Family Hub.
2. On the Wi-Fi screen, choose your network from the list.
3. Enter the Wi-Fi password.
4. Use the password visibility icon if you need to check what you typed.
5. Tap Connect.
6. Wait for the device to show that the network connected successfully.

After the network connects, setup continues automatically.

Quick Setup Flow

After Wi-Fi is connected, Nori Family Hub may check for required software updates. If an update is needed, keep the device plugged in and follow the on-screen instructions.

• System updates may restart the device.
• App updates may relaunch the Nori experience.
• If the network disconnects during an update, reconnect to Wi-Fi and continue.

After updates, the device shows a QR code so you can pair it with the Nori app.
