What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This article explains common situations that are not covered by the Nori Product Warranty.
Overview
The Nori Product Warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal in-home use. It does not cover every type of damage, issue, or service problem.
Not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Drops, impacts, cracks, or physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or tampering
- Damage caused by use with non-Nori accessories or power adapters
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
- Lost or stolen products
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products used for commercial, rental, resale, or other non-household purposes
- Software bugs, app issues, cloud service interruptions, subscription features, AI service availability, or third-party integrations
Software and services
Software subscriptions, AI features, cloud services, premium plans, protection plans, and third-party integrations are not covered by this hardware warranty and may be subject to separate terms.
