This article helps you handle a Nori Family Hub screen that is not responding to touch.
First Checks
- Make sure the screen is clean and dry.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use cleaning liquids directly on the screen.
- Remove anything pressing against the screen or frame.
Restart the Device
- Press and hold the Nori button to open the power menu, if the device responds.
- Choose the available restart or power option if shown.
- If the screen does not respond, unplug the power adapter from the outlet.
- Wait a short moment.
- Plug the power adapter back in and let the device turn on.
After Restart
- Check for software updates in Settings when the screen responds again.
- Keep the device within the rated operating temperature range.
- Contact Nori Support if the screen remains unresponsive.
