This article explains how to pair Nori Family Hub with your family through the Nori app.

Before You Start

• Install the Nori app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Sign in to your Nori account.
• Create or join a family in the Nori app.
• Connect Nori Family Hub to Wi-Fi.

Pair the Device

1. On Nori Family Hub, go to the setup screen that shows the QR code.
2. Open the Nori app on your phone.
3. Use the app's add-device flow to scan the QR code on the device.
4. Confirm that you want to add the device to your family.
5. Wait for the device to finish authorizing and verifying the login.

The QR code refreshes automatically every 10 minutes. You can also use Refresh if the code expires.

If Pairing Does Not Work

• If the QR code expired, refresh it on the device and scan again.
• If the app says the code is not a Nori device code, scan the QR code shown on the Nori Family Hub screen.
• If scanning does not work on your phone, check that the Nori app has permission to scan QR codes.
• If the device goes offline, reconnect it to Wi-Fi and try again.
