This article explains how free trials work for Nori AI Membership and what may be available with Nori Family Hub purchases.

Overview

The Nori app does not offer a free trial.

Some Nori Family Hub purchases may include a hardware trial for AI features. Trial availability depends on the purchase channel or offer.

Outside of an active eligible hardware trial, Talk to Nori on the Nori Family Hub requires Nori Plus.

Free AI uses on the Free plan

Even without a trial, the Free plan includes 10 free AI uses. These include AI chat, voice input, and basic AI tools.

Free AI uses are limited. They are not the same as an active Nori Plus subscription.

Hardware trial availability

If your Nori Family Hub purchase includes a hardware trial, you should see it during the device setup or upgrade flow.

If you do not see a trial, your purchase channel or offer may not include one.

After a hardware trial ends

After a hardware trial ends, your family needs Nori Plus to keep using paid AI and voice features on the Nori Family Hub.

Core Free plan tools remain available if you do not subscribe.

If your family starts Nori Plus after the trial, the membership applies across the Nori app, Nori Web, and linked Nori Family Hub.
