Order Processing & Shipment Times

This article explains what happens after you place a Nori order and when your order may ship.

Overview

Order processing is the time between placing your order and the package leaving the warehouse or fulfillment location.

In-stock orders are typically processed promptly after purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Processing and delivery times can vary because of warehouse processing, high-demand periods, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Nori's control.

Before you start

Make sure your shipping address and order details are correct. An incomplete or incorrect address may delay your shipment.

What happens after you order

1. You place your order.
2. Nori or its fulfillment partner reviews the order details.
3. Your order is prepared for shipment.
4. The carrier receives your package.
5. You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What can delay shipment

• Warehouse processing
• High-demand periods
• Carrier pickup or transit delays
• Weather or holiday delays
• An incomplete or incorrect shipping address
• Other circumstances outside Nori's control

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship according to the estimated batch shipping window shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation email.

Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed delivery dates. They may change because of production schedules, inbound freight, customs clearance, warehouse receiving, carrier delays, or other operational factors.

If your estimated shipping window changes materially, Nori will notify you by email.
