Estimated Delivery Times
This article explains how delivery estimates work after your Nori order ships.
Overview
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, warehouse processing, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside Nori's control.
Where to find your delivery estimate
You may see delivery information in:
- Your shipping confirmation email
- The carrier tracking page
- Your Nori account, order status page, or customer profile, if available
The carrier tracking page usually has the most current delivery status after the carrier receives your package.
Why an estimate can change
Delivery estimates can change when:
- The carrier has not scanned the package yet
- The package is delayed in transit
- Weather or holidays affect delivery
- The carrier is experiencing service delays
- The order is part of a pre-order or batch shipping window
If the delivery date has passed
- Check the carrier tracking page for the latest status.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order.
- Look for any delivery notices from the carrier.
- Contact Nori Support if tracking has stopped updating or the package appears lost.
