Pre-order Cancellations and Returns

This article explains how cancellations and returns work for Nori pre-orders.

Overview

Pre-orders may be canceled for a refund before the order enters fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

After delivery, eligible products may be returned under the Return & Refund Policy.

Before you request a cancellation

Have your order number and the email address used for purchase ready.

Contact Nori Support as soon as possible. A cancellation is more likely to be possible before the order enters fulfillment.

Steps

1. Contact Nori Support.
2. Include your order number.
3. Include the email address used for purchase.
4. Ask to cancel the pre-order.
5. Wait for confirmation before assuming the order has been canceled.
