Overview
The Terms of Service govern use of Domus Next services, including Nori AI family organization tools, apps, and websites.
By using Nori, creating an account, accepting the agreement, or downloading the app, users agree to the Terms if they meet the requirements described there.
Account and Use Requirements
- Some features require a Nori account.
- A person registering an account must be over 13 years old.
- Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for activity under their account.
- Users may not share their account or credentials with another person.
Content and AI Output
- Users retain ownership rights they have in their input and own rights to output they create, subject to the license granted to Domus Next and applicable law.
- Users are responsible for making sure their content does not violate law, third-party rights, or the Terms.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and users should not rely on them as the only source of truth.
- Users are responsible for actions they ask AI agents to take on their behalf.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
- Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the Terms.
- If a user cancels, they may continue using the paid account until the end of the current subscription period.
- After the period ends, the account reverts to Free Account status.
- Subscriptions purchased through a third-party app store must be canceled through that store before renewal.
Disputes and Updates
- The Terms include an arbitration agreement for U.S. customers, with limited exceptions.
- The Terms include an individual-claims-only provision and a class waiver.
- The Terms are governed by Delaware law as described in the Terms.
- Domus Next may update the Terms and will update the Last Updated date when changes are made.
