This article explains what to know before deleting your Nori account or requesting deletion of personal data.

Before You Delete

Deleting an account is permanent. Review what you may lose before continuing.

• You may lose access to families connected to that account.
• Your personal profile and login access may be removed.
• Your personal data may be deleted or anonymized as required by law.
• Some shared family items may remain visible to other family members if they belong to the family space.

Account Deletion Is Different From Removing a Family Member

Removing a family member only removes that person from a family. Deleting an account is broader and affects the account itself.

If your goal is only to stop someone from accessing your family, use family member removal instead of account deletion.

Subscription Reminder

Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate actions. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel through Apple or Google Play before deleting your Nori account.

If you subscribed on Nori Web, review your Web subscription settings or contact Nori Support before deleting the account.

Request Account or Data Deletion

1. Open the Nori app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open settings.
4. Look for account deletion options.
5. Read the confirmation carefully.
6. Confirm only if you are sure.
