Pre-order items ship according to the estimated batch shipping window shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation email.

Estimated shipping windows are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Why a shipping window can change

Estimated shipping windows may change because of:

• Production schedules
• Inbound freight
• Customs clearance
• Warehouse receiving
• Carrier delays

If your shipping window changes

If your estimated shipping window changes materially, Nori will notify you by email.

After your pre-order ships

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
