Changing or Cancelling Your Order Before Shipment

This article explains what to do if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order before it ships.

Overview

If you need to change your shipping address, contact Nori Support as soon as possible.

Nori will do its best to update your address before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.

Before you start

Have your order number and the email address used for the purchase ready.

If you are requesting an address change, include the full corrected shipping address.

Steps

1. Contact Nori Support as soon as possible.
2. Include your order number.
3. Include the email address used for the order.
4. Clearly explain the change or cancellation you are requesting.
5. Wait for confirmation before assuming the change was completed.

After the order ships

If your order has already shipped, Nori may not be able to change the shipping address or cancel the shipment.

You may need to contact the carrier directly if delivery management options are available.
