Nori Product Limited Warranty

This article explains the limited warranty for eligible Nori hardware products.

Overview

Nori warrants that new Nori-branded hardware products purchased directly from Nori or from an authorized reseller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, except where required by applicable law.

Products covered

This limited warranty applies to Nori-branded hardware products, including:

• Nori Family Hub
• Official Nori power adapters
• Official Nori accessories included in the original product package
• Frame

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal in-home use.

Covered issues may include hardware failures such as:

• Failure to power on under normal use
• Screen or display defects
• Speaker, microphone, or connectivity hardware defects
• Power adapter or charging-related defects
• Other manufacturing defects confirmed by Nori

Software and digital services

This Product Warranty applies only to eligible Nori hardware.

Software subscriptions, AI features, cloud services, premium plans, protection plans, and third-party integrations are not covered by this hardware warranty and may be subject to separate terms.

Troubleshooting, software updates, or account support may be provided separately from warranty service.
