This article explains how to update the payment method used for your Nori subscription.
Overview
Payment method changes are handled by the platform that bills your subscription. If Nori Web bills your subscription, update the payment method on Nori Web. If Apple or Google Play bills your subscription, update it through Apple or Google.

Update a Web Payment Method
- Go to heynori.com/app.
- Sign in with the account that started the subscription.
- Open account, billing, or subscription settings.
- Choose payment method or billing details when shown.
- Enter the new payment information.
- Confirm the update.
If a Payment Fails
- Check that the card or payment method is active.
- Check the billing address and ZIP code.
- Try another payment method if available.
- Contact your bank if the payment is declined.
- Contact Nori Support if Web billing still does not update.
